Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (or Google, once Android launches) — not by us directly. To cancel, change plans, or request a refund, open your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. We can help troubleshoot access issues, but billing changes happen on the store side.
🔄 Restore purchases
If a subscription isn't unlocking Pro or Premium features, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases. This re-links your active App Store subscription to your FlyRegs account.
☁️ Sync & backup issues
Cloud sync is a Premium feature, and it's an opt-in toggle — turning on Premium doesn't enable it automatically. If your notes, bookmarks, or folders aren't appearing on a second device, first confirm Back up & sync is turned on (Account → Back up & sync) on both devices, that you're signed into the same account, then check your connection.

🗑️ Delete your account
Go to Account → Delete Account inside the app to permanently remove your email and synced data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Common questions
No. Browsing the entire library, searching to find an AC, and viewing any AC's table of contents and opening preview are all free without signing in. The only time you're asked to sign in is when you start a Pro or Premium subscription, which unlocks each AC's complete text plus in-document search, bookmarks, notes, and folders.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Open your App Store or Google Play account settings to view or cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions can only be purchased inside the FlyRegs app through the App Store, per Apple's guidelines. Download the app to subscribe.
